How to Register:

You can register on-line for this course of study by following Utah State University's registration procedures. We will update this information with correct course numbers when registration is available.

  1. Go to the USU Distance Education Web site http://distance.usu.edu/
  2. Click on "Look up Courses."
  3. Under the pull down menu, "Select a Semester," select the semester for which you want to register.  When the next screen appears that says "Select a Location or Course Type," select "Out of State."  When the next screen appears, "Select a Subject," select "Comm. Disorders and Deaf Education."
  4. Next select the course number (we will have the course numbers listed here when they have been approved).   When a new screen appears, click on the course again, and another screen will appear with additional information about the course.  Then select the "Add to Cart" button in the right corner of the screen.
  5. After you have added the course to your shopping cart, select the "Check Out" button, and a new screen will appear.  You will see the following message:

  7. Have you taken classes at Utah State University within the last 12 months?     ( ) Yes ( ) No
  8. Indicate "Yes" or "No" and then hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
  9. A new screen will then appear that says: Please fill out the information below so that we can process your registration request.
  10. Fill out all the information requested and then submit it (be sure you have a valid e-mail address because that is how you will be contacted). You should then get a message indicating that you have successfully submitted a request for registration, and that you need to allow 48 hours for processing.  If an error is indicated after submitting, try it again, because sometimes there are glitches in the system.  If you still cannot successfully submit your registration, contact Eric Humphrey at the Regional Campuses and Distance Education.  His contact information is:

  11. After you have successfully submitted your registration request, you will receive an email within a couple of days, with further instructions.
